Implementing a Particle Filter

Solving the robot localization problem using a particle filter

Diving deep into learning about and implementing a particle filter. The problem being asked is: given a map of the environment determine where a mobile robot is located within the map. Using ROS and rviz, I simulate a robot estimating its pose using its LIDAR scan data and odometry.
